As you settle into your home or your needs change you may want to change your pack to add more or less products. That’s absolutely fine, just get in touch and we’ll work with you to adapt your pack.
If you want to end the service you can get in touch with your Housing Officer to end the agreement. They will contact us to arrange for the products to be collected and any weekly charges will stop. (Please note if you are claiming housing benefit for your products then this will be altered to reflect the fact you no longer have them).
