As your customer settles into their home or their needs change they may want to change their furniture pack to add more or less products. We are happy to support them with this change directly or liaise with a member of your team, we’ll organise delivery or collection depending on their requirements.
If they want to end the service, they can contact us directly or liaise with a member of your team who contact us to arrange for the products to be collected and a stop put on the weekly charge.
