  • Ease of Ordering

    When you sign up for a YHN tenancy you can choose if you need furniture. Each of our products has a points value so you can choose which products suit you best. When you have finished choosing your products you simply add up the points total to see how much you will pay per week for them. Remember, the weekly cost is added to your rent account and can be covered by housing benefit. Your Housing Officer will talk you through your options and will provide us with all of the information we need to arrange delivery and installation of your products at a date and time that is convenient for you.
  • Flexibillty and Choice

    As you settle into your home or your needs change you may want to change your products, access more or less. That’s absolutely fine, just get in touch and we’ll work with you to adapt your pack.

    If you want to end the service you can get in touch with your YHN Housing Services office to end the agreement. They will contact us to arrange for the furniture to be collected and any weekly charges will stop. (Please note if you are claiming housing benefit for your furniture then this will be altered to reflect the fact you no longer have furniture).

  • Our Quality Products

    Our product range has been sourced and selected to ensure they are of the highest quality. They will be as new when they arrive with you and appliances are all AA rated for energy efficiency and sustainability.
  • Timed Delivery Slots

    Your Housing Officer will talk you through your options and will provide us with all of the information we need to arrange delivery and installation of your products, at a time that is conven­ient for you.

    Our deliveries and collections are carried out are carried out Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm.

  • Repair and Replacement Service

    We understand things can go wrong and or become old and worn. Our team are thorough, quick and responsive and will make sure your product is replaced or repaired depending on the problem. Giving you piece of mind should anything happen to your products. This is all included in the weekly cost, meaning no surprise bills for repairs.
